What are the 4 main enzymes involved in DNA replication?

DNA replication proposed by watson and crick (1953)
following are the enzymes which are responsible for replication or duplication of dna by which new copies of dna is produced it is a bio chemical process
1)TOPOISOMERASE-It helps in the break down of hydrogen bond and solublise the dna template(old strand).
2)HELICASE-it helps in uncoiling of dna helix.
3)DNA POLYMERASE-it helps to join the complementary bases to the proper site in 3'-5' direction thus the template which posses the polarityin the direction of 5'-3' makes it replica as a continuous strand but the template which has the polarity in the direction 3'-5' makes small fragment of replica in the opposite direction with the small fragmentof replica is called okazaki fragments.
4)DNA LIGASE-IT joins okazaki fragments to the continuous replica hence after replication a dna template synthesises to a newly synthesis dna hence after replication dna strand become doubled .
5)RESTRICTION ENDONUCLEASE-IT is called molecular scissior which cuts the dna fragment as specific site called palindromic site
